Check-in (usually sathurday) after 14:00 , check-out (usually sathurday) before 09:00

CAUZIONI
Clients, at check, should pay an extra € 100 as deposit. At the check out this amount will give back if everything is right in the apartment.

No so much noises, please.
Please ALWAYS keep the tv, radio an voices volume not so loud.

From 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 8:00is strickly forbidden any kind of noise to don not disturb other clients. After the second advise, direction will keep € 50 from deposit as damnage. If the noises will continue Police will called.

Final Cleaning
You can choose if pay € 45 for final cleaning of the apartment or leave it PERFECTLY claned. In this case you don have to pay anything.
