Check-in 
Check-in 15:00 on the date of arrival, check-out date of departure at 09:00 (Saturday). 
The bill, if you have not already done so, it should be settled upon arrival.

DEPOSITS 
Customers who have booked an apartment must pay on arrival, a deposit equal to the amount of € 100 at the residence. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay upon inspection of the property. In case of damage will be asked for a sum equal to the damage and the deposit account held in aniticipo damage.

Extra guest 
The apartments can not be occupied by more people than the confirmed reservation. Extra guests pay a daily fee to be agreed.

Public peace 
Please keep the volume of radio, TV or your voice to acceptable levels.

14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 8:00 it is imperative to respect the silence does not disturb the others. After the second warning from the management will be retained an amount of € 50 from the deposit as a fine and if the problem will continue to intervene will be made to the police as required by law. 

Parking 
Always park in the bays. When in doubt, ask the management. 
The Management is not responsible for any damage or theft caused to cars, property or persons in the Residence Blue Marlin.

Rubbish 
The containers are scattered around the village for the papers and not the garbage of the apartments that must be taken in bins outside the Blue Marlin by the customer.

The washing machine 
Unalavatrice is available to customers at a cost of € 3 per washing detergent included, ask for the key in the direction, please hang the laundry in your apartment balcony or discreetly

Final cleaning 
The final cleaning of € 45 is optional if the customer leaves the apartment clean. See manual cleaning.

Pets 
To accommodate pets will be taken before the agreements for approval based on the characteristics and dimensions, however, will be paid an extra fee.

The barbecue 
The barbecue goes off after use with plenty of water and clean the charcoal within 10 hours.Make sure it is completely shut down and clean of all that is required for use.

The Smoke 
Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in plants. 
In the apartments is absolutely no smoking!

Damage and theft. 
The Management is not responsible for any damage or theft caused to property or persons in the Residence Blue Marlin.
